Do you take a cut of my bookings?
None. Charges are created on your own Stripe account, so the money moves from your client to you — we never hold it, touch it, or take a percentage. Stripe’s standard card fees are all anyone pays.
Will my salon be listed anywhere?
No. Your booking page is private — it only exists at the address you share. There’s no marketplace, no directory, and no way for clients to browse other salons.
Can my clients book at other salons on the platform?
No — client accounts belong to a single salon. Someone who books with you keeps their history with you.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your subscription renews at £14.99 a month. If it lapses, your page shows a polite notice until it’s renewed — nothing is deleted.
Can I change my web address later?
